Design Strategy & Leadership
I’m a design strategist who believes in design as a force for good—a tool that can drive meaningful change and create a world that works for everyone.
My career spans using design to address cross-sector social impact challenges as well as finding pro-social solutions to traditional business challenges. From Fortune 500 companies to local nonprofits, I’ve used design to tackle complex, ambiguous problems, always prioritizing outcomes that deliver real value to people and communities.
Learning and applying design outside traditional pathways gave me a unique perspective: one focused on leading design processes that prioritize purpose over process. This mindset allows me to navigate design’s many applications with clarity and creativity, particularly in spaces where resources are limited, challenges are systemic, and solutions must be both human-centered and sustainable.
Whether reimagining systems for social good or aligning business goals with community impact, I see design as a powerful tool for building a more inclusive, equitable, and functional world.
